1. Acceptance and Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 2k25 website or mobile browser and creating an account, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between 2k25 and the user. They apply to all Bangladesh-based users who register or use any services on the platform. The minimum age to use the platform is 18 years.
- Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh
- No one under 18 years old is allowed to register
- Only one account per individual is allowed

2. Account Creation and Security
Registration Terms
To open an account on 2k25, accurate and genuine information must be provided. Accounts registered with incorrect info may be suspended or closed. Each mobile number and email address can be used for only one account.
- Full real name and mobile number required
- National ID may be requested for identity verification
- Creating multiple accounts is prohibited
Account Security
Keeping your password and login information confidential is your responsibility. 2k25 will never ask for your password by phone or email. Report any unauthorized login immediately to support.

- Account transfer or sale is strictly prohibited
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
When using the 2k25 platform, every user must comply with the rules below. Any violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account, with the related balance forfeited.
- Fraudulent activity or use of bots is strictly prohibited
- Unauthorized access to another user’s account is forbidden
- Bonus abuse or repeated exploitation is forbidden
- Use of the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions is strictly forbidden
- Attempting to hack or damage the platform’s system is strictly prohibited
- All games must be played fairly and in accordance with platform rules
- Users are responsible for betting within their financial means
4. Payment, Transaction & Account Policies
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
All transactions on 2k25 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawals require completed account verification.
- Withdrawals are only possible from verified accounts
- Wagering requirements apply to bonus balances
- Verification on suspicious transactions may be delayed
- Accounts will be closed for fraudulent payments
Account Suspension and Closure
If Terms are violated, 2k25 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. Whether remaining balances are refunded depends on the nature of the violation.
- Users may request account closure themselves
- Balances will be seized in cases of fraud
- Data from closed accounts will be retained in accordance with the data policy
5. Limitations of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Liability
The 2k25 platform is provided "as is." 2k25 is not responsible for service interruptions caused by technical errors, server issues, or internet problems. Game results rely entirely on RNG technology and no outcomes are guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 2k25 platform — logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — are protected intellectual property of 2k25. Copying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the platform without permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links
Third-party game providers or payment services may be integrated on the 2k25 platform. 2k25 is not responsible for these third-party services, their policies, or any related issues. Their own terms apply separately.
